According to the decision of the Romanian Government:
- cultural, scientific, artistic, sporting or leisure activities in enclosed or open spaces may be organized without restrictions
- access to public institutions, shops, malls or events is allowed without a green COVID certificate and without epidemiological triage
- concerts, demonstrations, rallies and other gatherings may be held without restriction
- wearing a protective mask is no longer mandatory in open or enclosed spaces
- entry into the country is allowed without a green certificate, but the authorities point out that it is still required when entering other countries
- the PLF form is abandoned upon entering Romania
- without quarantine upon arrival in Romania for those who have not certified COVID-19
