The use of the website implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all the consequences arising from their acceptance.

The purpose allowed for using this website is to obtain information and the online registration. Any use for purposes other than the aforementioned is not allowed.

ACSCD takes no responsibility for the security of this website or of your communication line with it.

The term “user” of this website means any natural or legal person who will access this website.

ACSCD offers free access to the website www.runbi21km.ro and authorizes you to view, print and send information existing on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any potential dispute regarding this website is of the competence of the common law courts in Romania.

The violation of any of these rules entails civil or criminal liability. ACSCD will investigate the facts involving such violations, cooperating with the authorities to forfend or prevent such violations.

ACSCD reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, partially or in whole, the services made available through this website, with or without prior notification.

ACSCD is not responsible to the user, any third party natural or legal person or institution for modifying, suspending or interrupting the services available through the website.

ACSCD may at any time change the content and conditions of use of the website. The new conditions become valid when they have been made public by registering on this website and are not retroactive.

the cost of purchasing complementary goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained, messages received, transactions started through/on the ACSCD website;
unauthorized access to, or deterioration of the user’s transmissions or data;
statements or actions of any third party on the services of the website;
any other problem related to the services of the website.

For sections of the website that may contain readers’ opinions, the responsibility for the content of the opinions rests entirely with their authors. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information made available to the ACSCD website in order to receive or use some services are protected under the conditions of Regulation 679/2016, as implemented by Law 190/2018.

We collect from you only those personal data that are necessary for us to be able to offer you the use of our web page and to present the services that ACSCD offers to its clients and to be able to keep you up to date with our products, services and offers (direct marketing), insofar as this is allowed by the legal regulations or it is carried out on the basis of your consent.

Each category of data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes and will be for a period that does not exceed the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.

In order to ensure the principle of transparency of information while processing your personal data, we hereby inform you how we process your data, the aims and the legal basis (legal grounds) of the activities by which we process your data.

8. FILLING IN THE REGISTRATION FORM

To register for the sporting events organized by the ACSCD, you must fill in the registration form specific to the chosen competition category.

At the time of filling in and completing the registration form we collect from you the name, first name, category, age, telephone no. and email address, city and IP.

This personal data is necessary for us to validate and ensure your registration for the chosen event. The basis of processing is the contractual relationship between the parties as established by the Competition Regulation. If you do not agree with the processing of your data, ACSCD will not be able to validate and ensure your registration at the desired event. At the same time, in order to be able to issue the payment evidences related to the registration fee, we also collect from you your bank details, respectively: account number and bank.

In case you choose to make the payment online, your online payment data will not be accessible nor will it be stored by the ACSCD, but only by the electronic payment service provider or by another entity authorized to provide data storage services for the card identification, whose identity will be notified to you, prior to the actual introduction of the card details you are using for the online payment. The only data regarding the payment made we will store are those related to the date of initiation and completion of the transaction and the payment status.

In case the payment is not made online, ACSCD will only retain the account number and the bank, necessary to issue the tax invoice. Pursuant to the legal obligation imposed by the tax legislation, your personal data necessary for the preparation of payment documents will be provided to our contractual partners who provide us with IT and accounting services and will be used for the submission of tax and accounting statements to the tax authorities.

Your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relation as well as for a period of 3 years from the date of registration to the event, except for those which will be kept for different periods according to the conditions of this Policy.

In order to be able to offer our services on time and completely, your personal data will be disclosed to our internal departments with data processing attributions (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.) as well as to our trusted contractual partners, carefully selected:

the provider of the data storage service on external servers located in Romania;
the provider of the accounting services
the provider of communications services and e-mail correspondence sending services
the processors of the online payment service

Your data processed at the time of filling in the registration form are not the subject of a decision based solely on the automatic processing, including the creation of profiles and will not be the subject of a transfer to a third country or to an international organization.

9. EVENTS. PHOTO SECTION

In order to achieve the goals for which ACSCD was established and to be able to present as fully as possible the organized events, the services we provide and the climate created within these events, we publish on our website www.runbi21km.ro Photo section, photos taken from organized events.

By filling in and sending the registration form you give us your consent to process your image, in image file and video format. After the event, we publish on our website – Photo section.

At the same time, the pictures and videos made during the event organization will be published on our Facebook page. The photographs will be kept on the website and on the other accounts for a period of 10 years.

In addition, the photos and videos made during the event will be used in the promotional materials of the event, in the form of photographs, posters, videos, interviews, etc. at no charge and uncensored.

Photographs and audio/video recordings are the exclusive property of ACSCD, which has the right to dispose of them in any way, and you as a data subject have the right to exercise all the rights provided in the Regulation and this Policy.

At the same time, in order to be able to see in real time the result of the ranking in the race you participated in, we will post on our website in the Ranking section where we publish your first and last name, competition no., the times, age category and place in the ranking.

The basis of processing these categories of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the ACSCD, namely this is the only way we can carry out our activity and keep you updated with what we do and present you the result of our activity, without this proof it is impossible for us to give you a full description of our events, which are so complex and different from one event to another.

The photos and videos that ACSCD processes are those made by our authorized, carefully selected photographers, or by the photographers with which ACSCD has signed service agreements.

Under the contractual obligations that ACSCD has, it will disclose the pictures and videos as the Main Sponsor of the events.

Given the large number of photos taken, if you do not agree for the pictures taken of you to be published on the website www.runbi21km.ro or on social networks or if the pictures are currently on the website or on social networks and you do not agree to appear anymore, please notify us by a request sent to the email address registration@runbi21km.ro indicating us the pictures you want to be deleted and we will promptly act on your request.

10. NEWSLETTER – DIRECT MARKETING

Subscribing and unsubscribing to the ACSCD newsletter is free of charge and voluntary and is made exclusively on the basis of your consent. The newsletter is a periodic, exclusively electronic (e-mail, SMS) mean of information about promotional events, etc. of ACSCD in a certain period, without any commitment from ACSCD with reference to the information contained in it.

To ensure the marketing services, we collect from you the e-mail address, telephone number, first name, last name. This data will be used exclusively to keep you updated on our events. The basis of the personal data processing is your consent, the duration of the processing being the entire duration of the existence of the consent.

The consent can be withdrawn at any time by an email sent to the email address registration@runbi21km.ro or by accessing the unsubscribe link contained in the e-mail received from us and that will result in the cessation of processing. The withdrawal of the consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Your data will not be transferred to any other controller or processor and will not be transmitted to any third country and or international organization.

The consent can be withdrawn at any time only at the explicit request of the user by an email sent to the email address registration@runbi21km.ro, or by accessing the unsubscribe link contained in the e-mail received from us and that will result in the cessation of processing. The withdrawal of the consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

ACSCD undertakes not to publish the e-mail address of the users and not to disclose it to a third party, unless that party is among the expressly agreed partners, except when this is necessary in order to comply with the law and/or court proceedings.

ACSCD is not responsible for the attacks having as purpose the theft or vandalism and which could lead to the disclosure or compromise of the data.

ACSCD undertakes no responsibility for the situations in which the user publishes his/her address or any other personal data, on his/her own initiative, in a public message, on any of the ACSCD pages.

The policy of www.runbi21km.ro website is to refuse or disregard the unsolicited materials. If the users of the website submit such materials, ACSCD reserves the right to consider these materials non-confidential and without the protection of the regulations on personal rights or property. Such materials and rights become the property of ACSCD, free of any claims issued by a person or a group of persons, and may be used for any purpose by ACSCD, without the obligation to grant compensation for their use.

The identity of the users will not be revealed if, through the posted information, they could be endangered. When registering, users can choose the username and password. Users agree to never lend the password to another user, for their own protection and for the validity of the information sent. They also agree to never use another member’s password to post messages.

www.runbi21km.ro uses “cookies” to identify users. They do not contain any personal data of the user and do not present a risk if they are intercepted by third parties. If your browser is configured not to accept them, certain pages may not work in whole or in part.

On www.runbi21km.ro website there may be advertisements and/or links to the pages of third parties, including partners or sponsors. The information provided to external pages is not under the control of ACSCD and any publication of personal data on other pages on the Internet is at your own risk.

ACSCD reserves the right to modify, revise and complete these rules at any time. Any change will be made public on this page and will come into effect as soon as it is posted on the website.
